Local Authority
Part of the SJJ core business the completion of works on behalf of local authorities and housing providers across a variety of regions. Works have ranged from large scale refurbishments, kitchen and bathroom programmes, adaptations programmes and external work programmes. SJJ have a good understanding of the needs and nature of these works which are specific to each client and in turn their customers and end users. We have established some positive working relationships with our current clients and understand the need to meet specific timescales along with being able to provide.

SJJ have formed strong partnerships in the local community with education establishments such as riverside college along with local schools in the Halton, Cheshire and Merseyside areas where we have successfully completed regular works on a variety of scales and scopes of works.
