SJJ is a relatively young business with a highly experienced quality focused team, whose sole purpose is to deliver building excellence in every aspect of construction undertaken. Born out of Widnes and covering the whole of the Northwest, SJJ offers an array of building services for both commercial and residential customers. From refurbishments, extensions to full scale construction projects, we possess the necessary skills required to plan and execute all projects, however large or small, on time and within budget.
Our service includes an initial (free no obligation) consultation which would then continue right through to completion. all the services in between are provided by SJJ Contracts Ltd or one of our specially selected partners.
All our tradespersons have had enhanced DBS checks carried out. This provides reassurance to our clients that all persons working under SJJ have a transparent history. We acknowledge this is an important step to take to ensure that we maintain our own very high standards of employees.
SJJ Contracts attempt to employ a direct workforce means that, currently more than 90% of work is carried out by our own operatives. These operatives range from tradespersons to highly multi-skilled personnel, Directors and apprentice
Our service covers all aspects associated with refurbs, extensions and new build construction. From securing planning permissions, managing building control services, the erection and removal of scaffolding and skips, plumbing and heating installation as well as decoration (if required).
